THE BRIEF
How do you take Costa Rica’s biggest telecom brand and turn it into a true tech powerhouse—without losing its charm?
THE IDEA
If your brand has stayed the same for 15 years, you’re either timeless or long overdue for a glow-up. Kölbi was ready to evolve. We took a signature vibrant green—not just a tech color but a reflection of Costa Rica’s energy and natural beauty—and made it the foundation of the new identity. The goal? A brand that feels dynamic, future-focused, and deeply connected to its roots.
THE BRIEF
For more than 30 years, Sensación has been putting chocolate stains on kids' shirts, sweetening smiles, and weakening self-control gurus with its creamy and irresistible ice creams.
THE IDEA
Sweeter than the sugar cane fields surrounding the factory, the family-owned company went from a complete underdog to a household name, a growth that has left its competitors... cold. Like a mom who rushes in from the kitchen with ice cream when the festive atmosphere dwindles, Sensación decided it was time for a rebrand.

With technology, sustainability, and closeness as its core pillars, the refresh started with simplification. The logo’s shapes were streamlined, the typography was custom-built, and every element was refined for a cleaner, more modern look. But the real star of the show? The frog.




No longer just a static icon, Kölbi’s red-eyed mascot got a full 3D treatment—more personality, more emotion, and way more presence. Now, it doesn’t just sit in the corner; it reacts, engages, and gives the brand a living, breathing identity. The result? A brand that doesn’t just talk about the future—it’s already there, waiting for the rest of the world to catch up.
